I'm trying to put together a drag racing shootout for all domestic EFI-powered vehicles at Fontana at the end of January. This would be for all GM, Ford, and Dodge vehicles with either factory or aftermarket EFI. There are already lots of racing events that are dominated by carb cars, and I want to show that there is a ton of interest in EFI cars and that you dont need a carb to go fast.
I'm still in the planning stages, but I'm working on a website and will have more details soon.

The cars will be separated by ET, with Class 1 being bracket racing, and Class 2 being heads up 13 seconds, Class 3 is heads up 12 seconds, etc. Qualifying will be done NHRA style but with #1 racing against #9, #2 against #10, etc.
