I see alot of the shows where the cops are busting the ricers for having illegal stuff, no emissions. So I would guess that cops know what to look for on cars when they pull someone over. Obviously you can smell the difference, between raw gas and clean cat. Hell from what I hear there is a reward for turning in people for not having cats, so they're pretty serious. Do you guys just get the hookup at the local station and then just drive and prey nothing hapens? I think also they must prove you removed the cat for them to fine you, otherwise they just make you put one back on, anyone hear of this

 

i know phx doesnt ,, or id be SO screwed... i wonder if i can just hit 1 of those smog dog vans if i have too... *do they still use those smog dog cans anyway*??
