Lately mine comes up with an error when it first boots up and after that I get a screen with something about "PromulGate Universal" can't access the internet . When I send out e-mails or try to delete incoming e-mails I get disconnected, I fire it back up and can then do what I want. What gives??? I have Norton antivirus and firewall activated, scanned for viruses(none found) but can't figure what's going on. I am thinking it may have something to do with AIM though. I did a full recover on the hard drive and the problem didn't occur until after my daughter installed the AIM again(I think!) Or could it have something to do with Kazaa that my son has set up?
