Thumbs up

Yes I now run Baily Engineering's LTCC coil pack conversion.
It is one sweeeet piece of hardware. Quality that is on par with the FAST e-DIS box or it may be just a little better!
Standard Features allow extended RPM range for those with camshafts and valve train that needs to run above the limited range of 7036 rpm's that is the opti's limit....
...LTCC 8000 rpm!
....two step built in.
...retard features allow up to 22 degrees in many configurations, without buying stuff like msd chips!
...Marine grade harness thats a plug and play other than connecting a couple of 12 power wires and one other wire.

It's quite unreal the improved responce, higher Idle vaccum, and the piece of mind knowing replacing Opti's are a thing of the past.
The above deal on coils is ok...
...Stock valve cover mount brackets are ok I guess..
...if your mounting to valve covers. Still need to mod them to work so I would look around some. I mounted my coils in 4 packs on each side of the uni-body side of the front section. IE:
directley under the aBs unit.
Yes That is where your cruise control unit is mounted. I don't have cruise. Then the other 4 are in the same location on the passenger side.
I went to the hardware store and picked up two electrical switch box covers that are solid{ block off plates} for the 5" square size. These made nice stock to make coil pack mount plates.
The Vette LT1 plug wire's are 5" longer on the front 4 cylinders aand I found them to fit with my mount location fine. The F-body wires will work but the LS1 coils will need to stay low and under the opti on each side. I don't have a dig cam for pics, sorry.

Check out Brady's pics on his site to see how he did his: http://wheelhop.com
Ps, the site is currently down for some reason.

Matt Swindle is also converting to the box.

If your down around Gratiot cruise this saturday look for me and I'll give ya a guided tour.
Jeff

Hot rod hawk,
Thanks for the feedback. Sounds like a killer ignition set up. If you
don't mind I may have a few questions for you in the very near future.

Devenomer,
Thanks for the offer but Q set me up.

Kevin
