considering most of the fast cars are still in hybernation or at the shops i don't see much real action going on. however for those fun 13 sec stop lights you should be alright weather permitting.

Thats true. I'm just goin to be a bolt on car, I'm not lookin for a guy with a h/c car to race. I just want to take woodward back from the rice thats been down there invading the past year. The dream cruise even has rice down there now. I know gratiot is well known and most people go down there, but woodward is just such a better place. Nicer area, more places that let you park and not get loitering tickets, and the girls in birmingham are sooo much hotter than those on gratiot.

it's a different element entirely...i think most the girls out there are on their way to coffee shops rather then cruising however i could be wrong....i haven't had my car running in awhile to make it.

try telling that to a cop when he pulls you over for 70 in a 45

I will agree Woodward is a great spot for cruising. I wouldnt go out there to race, the cops ARE out there. They have way more hiding spots and they do a lot more lurking rather then making their presence known like on gratiot. Also remember that their budgets are higher so they have other cars besides run of the mill Imps and Vickys They will let you hang in certain lots but only for so long.

Great spot to cruise.....bad spot to race

I live within spittin' distance of 13 & Woodward, every year when things start to heat up the fun governors step in and shut everything down.

****... no place on the main road is good to race. But woodward is a helluva lot more fun. And on old woodward in birmingham has a lot more girls than gratiot I have a get out of jail free card on my car, its called AFL CIO stickers. My dad is a fire chief out in waterford so a lot of cops dont gimme too much trouble.
