I was just visiting the new speed shop in Battle Creek called Boost Unlimited and talking to them about their turbo kits and tuning. They said that they have Dave Henninger of Whites Racing out of Detroit come over and do all their tuning. What do you Detroit area guys know about Dave. Gordy and Eric were really talking him up big. They have a LS1 Firehawk in there right now that they are putting a turbo on and Dave is supposed to come over and tune that.

Let's hear some opinions about Dave and/or Whites racing.

 

Ahhh White racing.. they do good work on DFI stuff with Buicks..

I dont know Dave, name sounds familiar though.
I had Dan White himself tune on my car. Dan is very smart and very cool. If the guy works there, he must know what he is doing.

 

Dave is a AWSUM TUNER!
He actualy work's/ owns "Wheel to Wheel" on the east side. They do LOTS of work for John Moss and his team of guys. They also work for anyone who needs work done. He's building Matt Swindel's (slonomo) new motor for his NMCA drag radial formula, being built right now also. Dave has LOTS of tuning on accel and fast systems and LS1's. I believe Whites is just contracting his services when needed.
Dave is a racer/car owner in the NMCA Limited Street class
(1970 blue camaro) with Kurt Urban and the cars they do together or apart are always wicked fast, Kurt also is a Wheel to Wheel fabricator. Terry Beebe also works for Wheel to Wheel and runs in The NMCA Drag Radial Class with a Nasty fast SBC 70 blue Nova, so in all there is a WHOLE lot of good things going on around Dave H.

Whites in the left lane, blacks in the right lane. White racers called to the lanes first followed by minority racers.

Actually there are not many minorty drag racers around but usually when they bring a car to the track, it is DEADLY fast!
Used to have many black friends who raced with me in motorcycle. I liked them all but... Most couldn't drag race worth a darn!!! I beat on 'em pretty hard!!!
