what should i do next that does not invole long tubes or heads cam or stall any ideas?

 

dont forget panhard bar, torque arm, bigger sway bars, poly bushings for trans/torquearm/swaybars.
do you favor drag racing the car, or more of a protouring kinda guy? that will help narrow it down what priority your gonna start doin things.

drag racing mods without doing anything that increases power or quickens your launches. Hmm...

Maybe a cutout? nitrous? higher stall converter will make big difference. bigger then anything else on your "I don't wanna spend any money or time on my car" list in your first post. Beyond those things you don't want to do, there's not any one thing that will make enough noticeable difference. Suspension mods are fine, but you won't take full advantage of them until you are making enough power.
