I just got an email from US131 Motorsports park and they said they plan on having Wednesday test & tune starting in June. They also said that the full schedule should be posted in a few weeks.

 

The schedule for Mid Michigan is now up. How does Sunday April 4 sound for TNT?

CORRECTION: Wednesday April 2nd. Where the hell did I come up with the 4th???

 

The 4th?! Holy crap I better get moving on finishing up the car. I just got done installing one of the R-1 racing seats. I still have to pull the TPI off and replace it with a Stealth Ram and have the heads ported... crap I have a lot of stuff to do.

I just noticed that, it's actually the 2nd, a Wednesday. I think the 4th is the TNT opener from last year or something like that.

They didn't tell me the hours, but I am guessing it will be the same as the Fridays 6-11.

 

So does that mean they moved TNT from Friday night to Wednesday night? Or are they doing TNT on Wednesday night in addition to Friday night?

I bet they moved it to Wednesday night, which makes me mad. It's like party night is Thursday night. Hello, does no one have to work or go to class the next day? It makes no sense to me...

 

I'm guessing that they are going to add Wednesdays back into the schedule like it was before. Wednesdays are the better day to go because of the people that have class or work early won't be there and you get more runs in.

 

So like I said, will they still have Friday night TNT?

I work everyday also and will still be there on some Wednesdays.

 

I like Stantons 4:30pm start time because I work (too Rebecca ) nights and I can go and still be to work in Lansing by 10:30pm.

If Martin runs on Wed. like they do on Fri. gates open at 6pm and start running sometime after 7pm then they are out for me.

I would really like it if Martin would have a program that I could attend. As they won't boot me if I happen to run an 11.999. But I will NOT go to Friday T&T to sit in the lanes all night for 3 runs.

On another note. Stanton's having a lot of Friday Midnight madness programs this year that start at 7pm and still only cost the same $15 as test & tune nights with some t&t, racing, and awards.

 

I feel like a junkie thats been cold turkey all winter. I think Eric and I are going to start a count down here at work.
