I personally HATE Mustangs. They pose a real threat to F-Body owners. (But they do haul *** though!) But the C6 are real nice!

I'm not really into this whole retro thing. I pray that GM doesn't follow the lead and go ahead with this '07 Concept Camaro.

from the looks of the mustang on the cover of the new hot rod mag it looks like it really fell short of the concept car. it seems as if they took everything that made that concept looks tough and ditched it for the production car. it looks sissy like to me. back half looks too curvy, not as aggressive as it should. then again i really never liked the original 60's or 70's mustangs anyways, the concept was cool though. maybe in person with the distinct sound of a stang and the ability of all their aftermarket, it will end up looking good?

onto the corvette though, id say it looks sweet in the new commercial maybe a little more italian designed or something? reminds me of something ferrari would have come up with.

havent seen either in person though!

i think that was the look they were going for, something to compete with the foreign sports cars (by foreign I mean ferraris, lambos, etc.)
So far everyone likes the vette because, well its a vette and its got 400 hp, whats not to like except the headlights. I'm suprised on all the mixed views on the Mustang, I like it but after looking into it an original fastback would probably be cheaper than the new one and they have the original quality edge I still think the new mustang is cool though.

I think the small styling differences on the 'vette make for a much meaner looking car. I think Chevy hit the bullseye on looks and performance (on the engine side for the base model that is)

The new stang looks great imho. I don't think anyone would disagree that just about anything will look better than the current model. Those things look like **** from the factory. 4x4 suspension package? Standard on the 96-98 and 99-04 stang. Looks like that may be going away.. finally.
