Whats that thing made of CHad?
Brad this is the Snap-On High pressure guage made for fuel injected cars, it goes to 100 psi in 1 psi increments. It is about 1 year old and goes for ~$250 new.

Q,

When you are in Datamaster looking at your data go up to File and there is an Export engine data option. This will allow you to select which fields you want to export, once you give it a name it automatically exports it to a .CSV file.

Cool, as soon as I get my power cord from the garage I will do it. My only copy of datamaster is on my laptop, which is dead as hell.

She is actually at the shop right now. I dropped her off at 7am. If all goes well, I can take it to lunch at noon

You can install the demo of Datamaster on your desktop also. It will allow you to view everything, you are just limited to 20 recording sessions.

The one thing I did notice is that your LT fuel trims are high at 147 which if I remember correctly is that the computer is trying to pull fuel out. It is still within the range as 160 is the max value.

What is your injector size and what fuel pressure are you running?

Bummer, see if you can make a line at a hardware store with the fitting you need. Then just screw my guage into your new line.

If they are SVO injectors I think they are rated at 39psi.

But from what I can tell from your logs you shouldn't have a problem. The big issue will be to see what kind of drivability you have. We might have to do some VE table tuning to guarantee that if your MAF dies you will still be able to drive easily. Double check the routing of the wiring harness that is going between the passenger header and inner fender to make sure it is as far away from the header as possible so you don't melt it. Even though it has the aluminum foil wrap on it, the wires will still melt. Ask me how I know.

I checked the wire routing, as well as heat wrapped it with new wrap when it was put in. Everything should be ok with that. Driveablility should not be a problem as I GOT TO DRIVE IT AT LUNCH TODAY Straight up rocked. Idles decent, although the idle needs a bump when stopping, and the linkage to the tranny needs to be adjusted a bit. Other then that the thing straight out screams. Shifting at 7 grand is a absoulte rush Well, I am going to run it as is then to Detroit on Friday. I cant find any problems, and you seem to concur for the most part. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!! MAN I CANT WAIT TILL WORK ENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
