Thanks! Your's was on the lift? Hope you get a muffler for that exhaust. You're going to need it.

muffler? we dont need no stinking muffler. were goin open headers! right eric? hahaha. actually, after the cars running for 5-10 min.s, when the "catback" is hot, its not that bad. still a little raspy. but nothing like when the eng/exh. is cold.

drove your car to work today, goin to charge the a/c for you and bleeding the brakes and clutch better right now.

just called sean. Im just goin to install my driveshaft for you so we dont have to wait for yours. you been looking around yet? got dyno time scheduled with sean for mon. morning. we'll see how it goes.

Im hoping your master cyl. didnt suffer the same fate as jeff's did. if that is the problem, then yours is alot worse then jeff's.

jeff, I took your old cyl. apart today to see inside what happened and you can see where the bore is worn along with the matching spot on the piston. tons of junk built up in there too. like dust material. weird. maybe from the piston or bore? who knows.

I wonder if that spring was the culprit? Like if it has been broken for quite a while and I didn't know....so it just started chewing up the master. Is that at all possible?

Well....the more I think about it, maybe not. It almost seems that kind of wear would be due to long term mis-alignment or something. Like the piston has been scraping the wall of the cylinder harder than it should have....any ideas?

damn, I replied to this yesterday, dont know why its not here. anyways, the spring has nothing to do with it. Id say, its just worn out.
