Cool Thanks to all who attended M7!

Well, another M event has come and gone, and wow...what a day it was. *WHEW*

I first want to say thanks for all who showed up and hopefully had a good time. I know there were some people who had questions during the event and I apologize if I didn't have time to answer them all completely. Also, I know that a few had suggestions for next year's event and I might not have been able to absorb them fully with so much going on at once all day long. Feel free to e-mail me your suggestion now that I have the time to let them sink in.

We had some really cool cars and dodged some nasty weather once again. It was not quite as cold as last year even though we had some decent wind at times. I hope people ran some new best times despite the wind.

Other than that, things went smooth to my knowledge. I know the awards ran on a little long, but I had so much stuff to raffle off. The after event cookout was a GREAT way to wind down, and I gotta thank Quinten for supplying the food and everyone who manned the grill. Some of you might have noticed my long-time freinds at the cookout who were also helping at the event. One was Brad and he is...ah...well, unique. Sorry if he offended anyone with his tall tales and such.

Thanks to the following who sponsored the event:
NuTek Motorsports
CamaroV6.Com
Billingsley Racing
TByrne Motorsports
Diamond Racing
Detroit Speedworks
ChevyMall/PontiacMall
Club Conceptz
Kart2Kart
Classic Chevy Int./Worldwide Camaro
MBA Products
Zaino Bros.

(Links will be on the event site which I plan to update this week)

Thanks also to all who helped here and there making sure everything went well. My wife, Charlie and Brad, Chris and Leslie, Jen and Taner, Steve Miller and if there is anyone else that I forgot, PLEASE e-mail me to let me know.

So, like I always say, if you had a good time, tell someone about it. If you didn't have a good time, tell me about it. I really do want to hear about it.

There are a couple of ideas in the works about next year's event. Stay tuned...

Thanks again to all!

On behalf of everyone who attended, thanks Jason! Personally, I had a great time (my first M event), and I plan on coming again next year. Did I hear there's something in the works for June? The kids'll LOVE it!

Thank you Jason

I had a good time even though I lost in the first round to a blue grand prix- probably made his day beating a TA. It was a great turnout- I remember the early years when only 25 or 30 cars would show up.
Thanks again Jason and all of those who helped you put on an excellent event.

I had a great time, and the people were awesome. Got to meet alot of cool people, and make a couple conections I can see being benificial in the future. Jason your wife us really cool, and your boy rocks. As for your buddies, I have never laughed harder, and they surely didnt offend me. If I would have had more time, I would have loaded everyone up in the van for a night of good drinkin. Look forward to next year already. Thanks bro

My only complaint is that it only happens once a year

Who was the poor bastard who popped his 10-bolt? And the driveshaft victim?
