Should I buy this Used Powerdyne?

Here is the seller's email to me. I will be going to look at the kit. Should I buy it? Or do head / cam???

The blower is in pretty good condition, it had the belt replaced by
pdyne within 500miles of use on it. the kit in total has less than 10,000 miles on it. It also comes with boost and fuelpressure gauges with A-pillar and i have everything to move the intake to the d.side fender (gave me about .5 - 1.0 extra psi of boost). I also replaced the small pusher fans that pdyne supplies with the kit with a set of spals. The only thing the kit needs is about $20 in misc mounting hardware from any hardware store (fan mounting kits and some non-reuseable crush rings for the
fuel system). Im asking 2200 for everything. (gauges and fans are worth $300-500 alone)
