Just awesome

Roman was the car set up the same as Grand Bend or were you able to use Edit? What were you 60's?

Thanks Taner. You post ***** you.

Well I am dragging *** after my little drag racing marathon. I went to Grand Bend last night and thought that I was done with a 10.62@128.xx. I forgot my video camera and so did everyone that I was there with. It really bugged me because Brett told me that on the one launch I lifted the front wheels about 14". :eek2: It felt good but I never figured it was that high.

I got home at 1:30 am and woke up at 6:30 am for my drag racing event today. I figured that today was more of a fun day, just to hack around and the times would be ****.

Well we got there and the track was only running 1/8th mile.(problems with sensors again ) So I ran a couple of those and ran a 7.2x @101. I was happy with the mph, but figured that the track wasn't going to hold me. Track prep was a bit on the crap side. So I figured that I'd just help my freinds and watch for the rest of the day.

To my surprise the track started coming around and they also announced that they got the 1/4 mile working on the one side. So back to my car.

I launched at about 4000 and slid sideways leaving the line, I figured that I might as well have fun and rode it out. I went and picked up my slip and this is what I got:

60 ft. none recorded.
330 4.331
1/8et 6.737
1/8mph 103.39
1/4et 10.519
1/4mph 129.69

I couldn't believe it. So I figured that If I could launch it, I had a 10.4x in the bag. Nope but at least I backed up my times and improved on my mph. Next 2 runs:

60 ft. 1.464
330 4.361
1/8et 6.772
1/8mph 103.45
1/4et 10.543
1/4mph 130.05

60 ft. 1.465
330 4.363
1/8et 6.765
1/8mph 103.69
1/4et 10.527
1/4mph 130.06

Sorry about the long reply, but I am pumped.

Thanks,

Roman

Brett, I tried edit and my car battery level was to low for edit to read my pcm completely, so after a short search for cables I decided just to run the way it was. Well almost, we removed the air filter.lol
