Ps3

Who wants one? Who needs one? How much are you willing to pay??

I've seen bids as high as $3200 on eBay already for PS3's in hand.

I wanted one, but after a few failed attempts I have thrown in the towel. If anyone has one and is interested in selling it for a "reasonable" price, let me know.

thats just crazy to spend that much for something that in a few months you can have it for the standard price. and dont forget what happened last time. everyone went nuts, spent tons of cash, and then there was recalls and glitches out of the early batch's.

PS3 = Junk

I was one of the fools waiting in line for this piece of crap. I played it for 4 hours then put in a dvd, It started ok then 30 min. into it, the screen froze it wouldn't let me do anything. I thought it was the dvd with no visable scratches so i put in a brand new dvd and i couldn't get that to play. Next time i'll wait a couple of years until the bugs are worked out. I think they just wanted to push this system out before christmas without getting the bugs so they could make money seems to be the trend when a new system comes out. I feel sorry for those fools paying $3000.00 on ebay for this.

so the new systems cost $600 retail?!!!!!!!!! OMFG. no way would I pay that much to play video games. much as I love to play them, I just cant see spending that kind of dough. esp. when you can get a PS2 for under $200 nowadays cant you? could it really be that much better then the PS2?
jeff, how did you get ahold of two of them? just curious cause I thought I heard on the radio they were only letting people who waited in line for a few days to get one per customer.

hows the car anyways? havent seen ya in a couple years man. we should meet up on woodward next year or something.

i paid two neighbor high school kids $50 a piece and some alcohol.

yes the system is much nicer then ps2. but it depends on taste. for example the difference would be watching a nice tube flat screen tv and then turning on HD.

also, the fact the unit plays blue ray discs and is $200 cheaper then the average blue ray dvd players makes it worth the amount if your into those as well.

it's not a kids toy... even though kids are getting it and i don't see the price dropping anytime soon.

now if anyone finds one of those wii's let me know, i've been having a hard time finding that one.

definately alot of idiots out there. walmart just had some shipments in of some systems. it won't be long and they'll be everywhere. guess there are those who will pay to be the first though. i like some of the features on it though, nice touch. easier to install in a vehicle too! the fact it doesn't have the vibrating controller though is a definate down grade as playing motostorm just isn't the same..
