Question Performance Shop

O.k guys I need some help bad
I have a 93 Pontiac Trans Am with a 383 and I did some majior upgrading to it this year and I haven't had any luck getting it tuned.
I have bought everything I need to DataLog from the laptop, ALDL cable, Software, chip burner and more.
I can't get anything to work like it supossed to and I'm sick of this POS untill it runs right then it will be bad a@@
I even paid 2 diffeernt people (no names to protect the inocent till proven guilty) to make tunes for me with no luck.

I need a Performance Shop with a dyno that can handle a 93 ECM to make this thing run or figure out why it don't.
I fuel fouwl my plugs in the 1st 1 to 2 minuets and have shot a lot of money on plugs, Oil & o2's aslo.

I need some help if anyone knows of any shops that can do this lmn.

I know of Livenois Motorsports but I don't know if they can handle my ECM, I have to call them??

try Sean at C.A.R.S., he's in Waterford, can do all GM EFI, so he should have no trouble
