Paging doc212121

Hey Andy,

I wanted to say it was nice seeing you guys. The cacr looks AWESOME. By the time we watched a couple of cars dyno and we came back, you were gone. I'm real happy you and Dana are engaged, you make a nice couple.

Since you guys come through are area from time to time. You should let me know and stop by. Off Michigan ave just 1/4 west of State, Wapiti Way (7117).

By the way, you were right on the price for the tranny swap. I talked with Fbody Motorsports. They said it would be $1,500 - $2,000 for the entire swap. If I give them the 6 speed tranny with only 8,500 miles on it, he would do it for $1,000 out the door. Now if I can make a good deal on that car?

Talk to you guys soon. Let me know how you do in the judging? Can you say first place......

Later,

Bill

Thanks bud, I appreciate the kind words. It was great seeing you guys after a year or so! Im glad you checked out the trans deal, I thought that would make you a little excited knowing that the swap wouldnt run as much as you think, now go get that car and make that swap!!!!

As for the judging, I had the car for 2 days before the show, and got it running 10 minutes before the show and after sitting in the shop for 2 years it just isnt as clean or show ready as I need it to be, plus not having all the gay extra things that only the superfest show requires like tool kits, flares, and spare tire with jack, will make me loose lots of points, but Im not concerned with even placing, I was happy to have the car out, and the judges said alot to me in private about the car that make me not care about the awards, plus the last show I was in was the Detroit Autorama where I won best overall contemporary vehicle, and best in class, cant argue with ISCA judges!
Plus all the good words from the enthusiasts like yourself and everyone else that came by all day are what are the most rewarding because you guys KNOW what your looking at!

Thanks again Bill
Keep in touch
Andy

PS. After you get the SS, let the wife drive the new Lexus will ya!!??
