Need some assistance - no start condition

Here the deal is. The car was last driven in September and was going to be put away for winter. I didn't get any prep done as I wasn't sure I was done for sure. I tried to start it and take it for a drive in late October for one last time. The car did not start at that time and has been sitting since.

I can hear the car cranking, I can hear the fuel pump kick on, and I can smell fuel after trying to start it for a bit. I tried hooking a timing gun up and seeing if there was any spark from the coil and the cylinders and I didn't see any. I had a spare coil sitting around and tried swapping that in, but again nothing.

Something obviously decided to magically stop working over the course of the month between the car running and not. I can only imagine that it is the opti, PCM, or ICM? I tried following some of the guides on Shoebox's website, but I am not sure if I am doing the tests right - so I am kind of stuck in diagnosing the problem any further and fixing it.

I would prefer not to have the car towed to a shop to do the work. Would anyone be willing to take a look at it and see if you can determine the problem and fix it as well? I have cash/beer/whatever, just let me know what you think your time is worth.

even if the gas was bad it wouldn't cause a no start condition.

The guide on shbox is all you need. Don't doubt yourself. If you did the tests exactly as it is on the site, and one of them failed, that's the problem.

the coil, icm and opti is a pretty easy test and only takes a few minutes.
