Jeff I know a guy that has a 350 and a 383 for sale. The 383 is fresh and just been assembled but its been sitting for a couple of years. What happened to your shortblock? Or is this for something else? PM me if you want the guys number.

Jeff,
I've got a '79 350 shortblock sittin in the garage.
Came out of my Z-28 with 70,000 on it.
The cam is smoked, can't vouch for any of it, come take it
away if you can use it.
Shoot me an e-mail if interested.

Have a look over on the motown muscle board, I remember just reading about a 350 shortblock crate motor for sale there. I believe it had very few miles on it too.

Edit: I'll make it easy for ya, here's the link:

if anyone has any leads please let me know as i need one very soon.

mike i'm clearing out my pm's now...sorry.

Jeff,
I have one that has been laying around a while. Was 99 Vortec G-van 3500 motor. Disassembled at this time but all there. Is a 4-bolt one-piece block. Let me know.
