Need Help????

hey guys im getting ready to throw my forged 355 short block in its all ready balanced and ready for the cam....my questions are how do you find top dead center for an lt1?.....Should i get a degree tool or is it not needed? I know i need a complete gasket kit but is there anything else you guys can think of, keep in mind this is the first engine swap i have ever done any help would be appreciated.........thanks alot for your replys.....Jerry

Hey I still Need that Block... I had no way to get to a computer to set up a date or when Ever we can meet my next day off is monday..

well, you can eyeball TDC if the heads are off, or you can be dead on ***** accurate. Which way you want to go?
