A certain well known board member thinks I screwed him, and I feel he tried to screw me. Anyway, a mystery guy im'd me warning me that I can never buy or sell on the boards again. It's too bad I dont personally know most of the people on here, cause they would know I dont go around screwing people. Damn.

Eh, cant get into it too much, Deblers already breathing fire. Basically i made the mistake of taking a garbage part (that was supposed to be a good part) thinking it could be fixed, but it was so bad that the repair guy refused to touch it.
Now the kid wants to change the wording of our deal so it seems like the garbage part was pretty much free, so i pay him full price for the one part.

can't you just have him send it back and refund the money, obviously it wasnt' what he expected.

Bottom line is the second part of the package was bad/misprepresented/unusable. The entrie transaction should be void. I don't care how much was charged for which part. That seller has some serious problems, and this deal isn't one of them.

Nah, no arbitration needed. It was partly my fault for taking delivery, although i was kinda at the point i had to try to use it. I made it clear what I would do, and thats the end of it.
