Sorry to hear that Bishop!

I've heard of this happening to others, tightened down the blow off too tight. My question is, how tight is too tight!

Thanks Mark. I really don't know what caused it to fail, may have been to tight who knows. If it was, you would think they would come up with a better design to prevent it from happening. Oh well maybe it's time for FI.
