Luck can't get any worse!

Well I just got done with finals and if the stress of that wasn't enough, 10 days ago the engine blew up in my jeep, 7 days ago I realized the oil pressure was dropping in my camaro and it needs a rebuild now, and today driving the camaro home the tranny started slipping and it has only 30k on the rebuild but guess what ITS GONE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THAT MEANS I HAVE 2.5 WEEKS OF BREAK BETWEEN SEMESTERS, NO JOB AND I NEED AN ENGINE FOR MY JEEP AND CLUTCH ETC., AN ENGINE FOR MY CAMARO AND NOW A TRANNY FOR MY CAMARO!!!!!!! My head is spinning, I haven't slept all week because of finals and the only thing I can say is I am glad the tranny burnt up after my last final, now I am just getting ready to have someone put me to sleep!

Sorry to hear of your bad luck.I know how it is going to school and trying to keep up on the bills. It sucks.I can't even afford to buy Christmas presants for anyone. Look on the bright side.maybe Santa will drop a 700R4 or a 4L60E down your chimney..... best of luck to ya.Keep your head up it will all pay off in the end. Especially when your making the big bucks.

Thanks for all the help and support guys, Dreamer1q which engine are you talking about? the jeep or the camaro? My current plans are to try and borrow some money from my older brother, then buy a junkyard engine to throw in the jeep, if I have enough credit left on my credit cards I will buy a rebuild kit and rebuild both the transmission and engine for my camaro myself, I think this will be the cheapest remedies. I got two and a half weeks to get these projects done.

Actually, I can probably help in both instances. But I know the Jeep for sure.

Anyone know where I can get a cheap used jeep engine, mine is a 1994 I6 4.0 liter and I have a manual trans. I have called many junkyards and searched through junkyarddog.com but I can't find anything decent for less than $700 rebuilding mine would probably be cheaper except that the rod broke in half and I am pretty sure it damaged the block, it went through the oil pan and out came a lifter through the pan.
