hey im trying to build up my car but really dont kwno what direct route to take can anyone around mi help me out mabye with ideas or knowledge you have from expericenes thanks

yeah, those are the important questions. and how much you got to spend is prolly the most important one.

its going to be a track car for sure but i want to be able to drive it on the street i would love to hit low 12's and i would really like to do minamul enigne work so im thinking mabye an all bolt on car or mabye a heads cam deal what you guys think

good bolt ons and a bit of gas will get you that no problem.

yeah, the right cam and conv. and all the bolt ons (eng. and susp.) should get you there. at least if your one of the lucky ones. but with your times in your sig, you got one of the good cars. my 95 would only do mid14's with those mods when I first got it. the gm 847 cam is a favorite with alot of LT1 guys, and Id suggest full length headers such as hookers/jethots, or pacesetters. also, get a custom tune after the cam/boltons to get all you can out of the eng. and the tranny shift points. some 3:73 gears should be considered mandatory also.

go to the LT1 section and search on all the things your considering doin. everyone has already asked the questions you'll have so start doin your home work. another great thing to do is to look on the drag racing forum, lots of qrtr times posted there with all diff. mods.

I run 12.2 with the mods I have in my sig. Stock motor except 1.6 RR, Stock A4, Stock rear + 3:73.
