Looking for shop to do an LT1 rebuild for reasonable price?

Hello fellas. I've got a 95 Z28 with 16K on it that I've had sitting in a garage for about 10 years. I had a ProCharger installed on it back in 96 and never had it tuned. It didn't pass emissions back then and I had a leak down test done to see it there was a problem there and one of the cylinder was down 77%. I need to have the engine pulled and have a basic rebuild done with forged pistons and better rings. I also need to have the fuel drained and tank washed out along with an new fuel pump. Anyone know of someone who would do this work without having to backup a brinks truck? I've talked with Speed Inc, Finish Line Performance, and Total Power and they are blowing my budget. Thanks for any help.
