State Farm wants $138 a month for PLPD on a 4-banger 89 Ranger. I'm 20 with a clean record. I'm just curious if you guys know of any insurance companies in the area with the cheapest rates. I don't care who it is through, just as long as it is lower than State Farm.

 

Call Liberty Mutual. They insured me in my 88 Corvette at the age of 21 and the rates were more than affordable for full coverage. I personally deal with the Lakeside office. Give them a call.... I still use them today and to insure my beater (94 Lumina Euro) with PLPD its only $330 for a whole year, then again I'm 30 now
