Didn't you have the ram air hood on yours? I thought I saw it last year or the year before at the M event at Stanton (at least Timberwolf said it was your car).

According to my options sticker that came with the car the paint code is 48U.

Hold on, now: why the glum messages?

Killerjello, Aren't you a single guy? What's the excuse for not having yours running in top condition? Back when I was just a poor single guy in the Air force, then later in college, I found time to wax the car & do a full detail job each week. I washed it EVERY day at 5 AM when living in cocoa beach, FL.

Grover, Whazzup with the car?

TS: you are breaking my heart! I sold my bike 'cause I couldnt manage but FIFTY miles last summer. Something about having three little kids under the age of eight, of which the oldest one is a special-needs child... THAT'LL show you what it feels like to have no time!

However I concede that that's one suhweeet bike. It's not broke, I hope?? Personally, I want a Yamaha FJR1300 some day with full touring accessories some day.

Hey bob,

Didnt know you got a bike. I sold mine for $3300. I should of held onto it and went ridding with ya.

I listed it on ebay but I ended the auction early because I had a good offer on it. I only paid $1800 for the bike.

Its the same purple f2 that you saw before but I had it all redone

That is why I am selling my camaro, and never buying another POS f-body again.

Hmm, never had a problem with my 91 except for an bad alternator and my car has over 131,000 miles on it. Maybe its the owner.

Well I have the motor out and the heads off right now. Im still waiting for some of my conversion parts. Im not going to put the motor back in till winter when the heads and cam are all in.

Im really am looking forward to having the car done by spring. Im running a single exhaust out the back. It will be the best sleeper in town.

Well Dan, last year after I waited a month to get a driveshaft after shattering mine at the dragstrip I ran into transmission problems. I waited a month getting the clutch and transmission rebuilt, then when I put it all back together I had a loud rattle. Wasn't sure what it was, found out this spring that it's not engine related. Haven't had the time to work on the car. I will be putting it back together and if it still rattles it's going to go to D&D performance to let them fix it. Then it's officially going up for sale.

Next summer I plan on stepping up into a C5 convertible.

Don't feel sorry for him Dan. Chad is a DINK (dual income, no kids) and still can't find time to work on his car...

We should send our kids over there for a month and see how much time he has...

I never said I didn't have the money, just didn't have the time.

I'm working two jobs just like you pup, do all the cooking and help around the house. Gotta keep the wife happy, that's why she's in on the idea of getting a Corvette.

Chad, the rattle is probably the syncros on your clutch. Put that bitch on the ground and drive it. Hell let me get under it, I'll find the rattle. I did it last night on Q's car. Did it last week too.

You never ask for our help, The Grand Rapids guys know I'm there as soon as I can put some pants and a shirt on and get in the car.
