i haven't personally had a trans done there.........but, my buddy just had his 4x4 done there and it's been back three times??

i've heard good and bad things about the place, but typically with trans shops you usually only want to hear good.

i had mine done by a guy over on telegraph.........it's been so long now, but alot of people go to him and i haven't heard any complaints other than i wouldn't want to leave the car out at night. maybe someone here might know what i'm talking about.

Go to C.T.S transmissions on wayne road between palmer and cherryhill! Ask for chuck the owner, he is a good guy and will fix your car right! his # is 734-722-8686, tell him james told you about him and he will give you the best deal you can find!

Arrow Well...

here is the deal. I have already been to lakeside, on the advice of APE. I so far am very pleased with the trans they did for me. I guess I am paranoid, I've had other transmissions rebuilt by other places only to have them fail on me. Just wondering if anyone else had been to them and what they thought....

My family went to lakeside after blowing my mom's trans on her 72 chevelle at APE and those guys were great. they built the trans and then had the car for 2 days and it was done and it's been fine. Haven't put to many miles on the car since then but they really seem to know what there doing.
