Moderators come in a sec.

Again, im sorry if im clogging up the board with this rediculous problem im having. The ripoff artist is no other than Jayson Hein. Its been a long, too long struggle and i've tried to give him the benefit of the doubt one too many times and im tired and sick of it. Here is his last email he sent me and i quote:

"you know i understand that its taking longer to get than i originally
told you, but i have been very busy. I am not on the internet but once
a week to check e-mails... so i go on the board and there is my name
plastered all over the camaro board like i'm a crook and just committed
internet fraud... You think its right to put my old address and my new
address up on the board???? I certanly don't. where's my apoligy... "

This was about 2 weeks ago and i've sent him emails on wheres the tracking # or no tranny. Its pretty much obvious he seems to be buying time for himself. I've talked with some of his local authorties and in the process of pressing charges. His screen name goes by "The Real Jay Rock".

thanx if anything.

No, not even a word from him. I've placed a trace on the M/O and plan on taking him to Small Claims court. If he thinks for one second that he's screwing me out of this deal he's sadly mistaken. Now that i think about it, im thinking about suing for this time delay, price on tracing.

I thought you were going to take some time off from work and pay him a visit?

At first i was originally gonna visit him, but where would that lead me? He could obviously close the door on me or ignore me, and even if he did give me my money back, id only get the money in which i sent him.. What about the money driving down there including gas and tolls? I was talking to a couple of friends who are lawyers and they said the best course of action is to take him to small claims court. I filed a trace with the Post office, once thats recieved i will then file papers to take him to court and if he does not show up, well then i'll obviously win the case, which puts out a warrant for his arrest in NY. I can then take a visit to his local sherrifs office and well i'll get more into details once its settled.
