Lightbulb Interesting find...'02 police package Camaro (new)...

...at Shaheen Chevrolet in Lansing MI. LS1, no Z/28 decals, burgandy, asking $28,000. It says on the car that this is the rarest Camaro of all. Not normally sold to the public.

Question

What trans was in it?

If i had the money for a second new LS1 (ha!) that is what i would get. A police package or something similar to what Scott and Indy have.

I must admit, I didn't look... it was on a pedastal in the showroom that said 'no climbing on the ramp.' If I was a bettin' man, I would put my money on *** A4!

If it is a B4C, it MIGHT be the rarest 2002...sorta.

If it was an automatic, there were 29 of them, which is 5% of the 2002 build.

If it had a 6-speed, there 2 of them which counts to 1.6% of the 2002 build. This is a tie with 2 other B4Cs in Pewter.

Hmmmmm. Makes me wish I could afford another Z28. Too bad my convertible isn't worth anything. I'm guessing my '02 is relatively rare due to color and options but this thing should be a whole lot rarer. I need to win the lottery!

Cool

Due to the lack of rain this summer, my money tree hasn't bloomed!! Wish I could afford it as putting it in the garage for 5-10 years might just net me a little profit! What do youz guyz think, would it be a good investment?
