Talking I'm so excited....I'm about to lose control, and I think I like it!

Just getting the nervous/happy gitters with M7. Less then 24 hours.... woooooo weeee!! Its like christmas for my car! I may have to show up late, and my g.f may not see me make my first run ever...but I'll still be there. Maybe someone could take a few pics of me running?

I'll still need help installing my drive shaft loop, and tranny mount, but enough people offered to help in my other post that I have a good feeling it will get installed at M7. Quinten offered to let me use his helmet, so I'll be able to race. This is so cool. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all the nice Mi people here, who are offereing to help me out - it means a lot to me.

I'm already for M7.
Things I've done in the last month to get ready:

New Gears
TA Cover
Drive Shaft Loop
Tranny Mount
Changed my Cat-Back

.......Along with my other Mods (see sig), I hope to get a few good runs. It will be my first time out so, I'm not expecting to run a 12.0 - I'll take anything right now. I really want to get a 12.9 before the end of the day. I know I probably won't, but thats my goal. I'd like to have a 12 sec car.

Man, work is taking forever today!

Milo.

I know, I'm super excited too and so is my brother (and he's just along with me, not bringing his car)!!! We're just a bunch of goofy M-event virgins!

As for pics I'm sure you'll have absolutely no worries about that. My brother is borrowing our parents' video camera, and I am bringing my 35mm APS camera... I'm sure plenty of other people will have cameras and/or video equipment available too.

We leave tonight!!!!!!!!!!

Now my g.f may says she might come...... You know how girls change their mind. But anyways, if she doesn't, its good to know that I'll be caught on film somewhere.

I can't wait!

To anyone not sure if they are going or not, you should plan on it. This usually is one of the best run events and there is a lot of nice cars show up. What is nice is the fact you get to see people really having a great time. This will be my 4th or 5th event, but the first time I run the 85. Hope to have a good day. I also hope everyone else has a great day too. Make sure to Thanks Jason for doing this, this is a lot of work to put together and organize and appreciation is always a positive in keeping something like this going. Loading the truck tonight, the car in the am and hopefully leaving by 6:30 am from the Gr area if anyone is interested.

It is really not so bad. At the end of the day, I look back and it seems like it all lasted for about 5 minutes but I am so tired that I feel like laying down right there in the parking lot. Kinda strange, actually.

If you need help let me knwow if I can lighten the load for ya.
Cool...I will probably need it at one point or another. Thanks!
