I dont think he's against modded, but he has some ideas on what he's like to do, and so I think he was looking for high miles, or even better, something with a good body & blown motor.

I should have specified.... He is looking for an LS1!!.

Have him check out Scott's car posted above this post...Explain to him that there are several stock bottom end cars in the 9's and Scott's clean example is a fantastic starting point.
