I will also add that all of our wrangling nomatter who is right will not make one iota of difference to anyone other than Trey, Wheelman and the judge.
I want to hear who wins when this is over.

Oh, on my previous post I should have added to the bottom a disclaimer:

"The above information may not be 100% factual, and is based on the conversations between two seperate individuals, and we know how two different people in an argument ALWAYS have differences in their stories, therefore my statement is based on those viewpoints, and therefore may not be 100% accurate on what exactly happened."

Cooley will be my 3rd choice as it is not hard top get into and the incoming student body only has a 2.9 GPA. I plan on applying to Notre Dame (very hard to get into) and Michigan State (Mid Level) before Cooley. I have to take the LSAT this summer.

Im no expert or even know Trey on a personal basis, but if it were me I wouldnt even give a cent back. The reason a person puts money down is to buy the product. I have seen the original for sale post of Trey's and he clearly states he needed the motor sold first.

But who knows who would win? Hopefully it all turns out alright.

The right thing to do is for wheelman to pay the rest of the money, and for him to come and get the motor. Since Trey obviously doesnt feel safe going down to drop off the motor.

I'm at Western now getting a BA in Sociology to go with my one in Criminal Justice I already have. Western is a good school. My wife might be going there to get her second masters, one in social work. She already has a BA from Boston University and a Masters in Divinity from Duke University. The social work program is 3 years and would allow her to open her own practice and also allow her to bill insurance companies.

The only reason that GVSU would even REMOTELY be better than SVSU is because of one stupidly thrown pass in the 2nd quarter of the playoff game last saturday.

Academically, GVSU couldn't even come close to how good SVSU is...
