I have a 1,200 s/f 3BR, 1 bath brick ranch for rent at 22 and Van Dyke. It is nicely updated and has blinds for almost all the windows. It has a part. finished basement (nice home theatre room), 2 car attached garage, central air and a fenced yard. Tenant will have to supply appliances.

I prefer a month to month lease and am asking $1,200 (negotiable) and I can work with someone concerning security deposits.

Here's a quick suggestion. Pick up AT LEAST a decent stove and fridge. Not many renters have those, unless they are between ownership. Even then, the variables of size, gas or elec., icemaker, etc make it really complicated.

Ideally, you'd do the washer/drier, too, but poor tenants can really screw them up. But, there's always the laundramat for them to use. Can't say the same for stove/fridge.

PS: I've been a landlord for 16 years, so this is from experience.
