HInk's Pontiac Nationals results, did he go 10.30's on spray??
...AAAHHH... NO! Did he even get the spray to work... NO! Danm MSD box has all my N2O wiring screwed up! Gotta do some figure'n here!
ANYWAY... Redbird held up her end with consistancy, the freakin' driver didn't do his part with reaction times!
Went 3 rounds in a huge field of Modified class cars. I figure 160+ cars in the class.
A .601 light ain't gonna win many races so I left after 3!
Just when I figure the ol' LT1 is tired, she pumps out times EXACTLY the same times as 2 years ago! High 12 teens. Factor in the heat buildup during the day and I had a great day of dialing her in. One of my BEST days ever of figuring dial-ins based on 1/8 mile times from the previous run! It truely is a delite to not have to worry about hooking! You can be a lot tighter on the dials if you aren't worried about tire spin!
Hope others had better results then me! By the way... $80.00 for me and wife to get in and race. Good thing they didn't see Tank
(my rottweiller) in the back, probably woulda been a hundred!

Hink, sorry to hear things didn't go quite as planned, but it sounds like you had some spot on times though.
A 160 car field is pretty impressive. It's nice job getting into the third round with a crowd like that.

The Peter Potter Philanthropy Party Project posts perfect prose again!!
Hink,
Did you race just one day? I thought you'd get to race both days.
Yep I heard that Viagra messes with your reaction times, I'll have to stay away from that stuff.
Tuff luck but I'm glad to hear that the car is running well.
I didn't get to make it because when I got home Saturday morning I found that Chris had tried to cut her finger off at work Friday night. Glad she was unsucessful but she made a heck of a try at it

Dreamer... got a bit of a spankin' fettish I see... you kinky boy, you!
Sinister... seen a low 12 second Cyclone there and a Typhoon... wish I had one!!
T/A... For some reason I get a little tenative in actual race conditions sometimes!! I told myself the whole time in the staging lanes 'cut a good light', HUH!
AL... Had to only race Saturday and go home, couldn't race both days! Took Tank, what a mistake! He was good, it's just you can't do anything when you take a pooch or a PUPPIE!
Rick... Yeah, I was pretty proud of the ol' Redbird, had her shined to perfection and she responded to the attention by being consistant!
Spark... Yeah, I heard the announcer say something like 25 cars had run right on their dials! SCAREY! You know your stay in a field like that is only for a short time, at best!
Actually... I'd rather cut low .5XX lights and take my chances with the ET's! Lots of things can happen that are in your favor if you can leave on them and get a few hundredths in the bank!
