Hey Mustang guys

Found a 04 Mach 1, orange and black, automatic trans, less than 1000 miles on it.
How much is this car worth?
How rare is the orange color?
Asking price is 27k I feel that is maybe too much but I really don't know stangs.
It is absolutely gorgeous and we are thinking about adding it to the stable but we'll have to convince the 2 Formulas and the SS that they should let it live here

Give me some feed back please.

Re: Hey Mustang guys

The orange isn't exactly rare, I believe MSRP on those cars are only like 32k, you might be better off just getting one new because the price is going to drop next month when the 2005 Mustangs come out because even the GT's are going to have 300 horsepower and everyone is after the new body style. I would personally prefer a used Cobra if I was going to get a Ford, but it sounds like you have a really sweet stable of fast F-bodies. Good luck either way.

If orange isn't rare on the Mach I. How come I've never seen one? Could be the area I live in I guess.
I was told that there aren't many new Mach Is left on the lots because they quit making them in March. Again could just be area.
We were out looking for an older rag top and spotted this one. Not out shopping for a new 'stang.
thanks for the info.

Hey Al, check out the Mach 1 Registry. All the info. you are looking for and then some can be found on that page. They also have a message forum and I'm sure someone can help you out.

Re: Hey Mustang guys

My bad, MSRP is only $29,295. There are enough orange ones out there to not be rare. They are cool looking cars.

Re: Hey Mustang guys

They look way better with the Wheel Vintiques replica Mach 1 wheels in 18X10r and 18X8 front. Theres a guy with a blue one that goes on Gratiot with that wheel setup and it looks bad @ss

Re: Hey Mustang guys

Thanks guys.
I was thinking of offering $25,000 out the door. That would be around $23,500 for the car.
Reasonable? Too high? Too low?
