I have a spool of cable that I will bring.

If we are all pluging into a central hub wouldn't we need crossover cables instead of straight thru?

Truthfully I have no idea on these questions you guys are asking. I just know I wanted to have a LAN party We should get Chris to pipe up on this one, since he is going to be the on site network expert. Plus my cousin will be there who is pretty handy at it. But that is why we said bring anything you have, that way we have whatever we will need. I have two burners that will be running, and I already have 10 copies of warcraft 3 made. Hopefully some others have taken the games they have that we are playing and made copies for everyone. Like I said, when you arrive, if you need a game, 1 dollar will cover the disc cost. just pay the guy who has the game for the disc and you get to play.

Hey Chris....you still have the server for the party, or do we need to find another?????

Any last minute supplies needed, drop me a line. there is a computer show in Kalamazoo that day, and I can swing through there before heading up. Blank CDs, cables, hell motherboards, monitors, whatever...they have them cheap. This is the place that puts them on:
www.a1scs.com
I have bought a lot of stuff at these chows, and the prices are great. So if you need anything, let me know and shoot me some paypal cash and I'll bring it up with me.

KillerJello,
Remember to bring your stuff to convert video to movie files for viewing on the computer. Q has a few vids that I'd like to have of some of us guys racing.

You told me your brother-in-law was bringing that? All I have is my gaming PC and my laptop. We can probably run my laptop as a server if needed. How many people do we have coming as of now? I have two routers I can bring, a 4 port and an 8 port. I can also check with the guys at work to see about getting a 32-port switch. I'll be bringing plenty of Cat-5E cable too.

Ok, I thought you were bringing one. Not a big deal, I will get ahold of him and verify he is bringing it. I guess I am worring too much, I just want this to go off without a hitch.
