You need a nice box to go with your system? I got a nice one that fits 3 10's, and still fits flush. Custom made from fiberglass & wood. Pounds real hard. Let me know, I think I have pics. Shoot me an email if interested.

I think you might as well forget about driving it until spring, I don't think this snow is going anywhere soon. Just let her sleep until spring it's what the rest of us do.

That's the sucky problem with buying a car like the Z28 in the fall or early winter. You get a great deal but can't enjoy it for months!

So!! Other than the stereo and the remote starter, do you have any mods planned?

Congrats on the car and welcome to the board.

Some more connections to Adrian. I was born in Adrian's lovely Bixby hospital. I used to live on Scott street and had one set of grand parents over on Finch and the other set on Mckenzie. There's still a few sets of aunts and uncles in town these day.

THanks but my boyfriend is making me a custom one. He made me a real nice one for my firebird and I guess he just likes doin it cause he wants to make me another one for the z28.

The roads are pretty much cleared up, I might drive my car FINALLY to school and back tomorrow, then wash it and put it back in the garage. Tomorrow will be the beginning of the true test as to if there is anything wrong with it (mechanically). I sure as hell hope there isn't.

Mine isn't a tear, it's like a scrape. A leather scrape. Right there on the lower part of the side of the seatback, by the door. But yes, mine is low miles.

Awwwhhh, I can't complain about Bixby. They didn't drop me on my head after I was born... well at least I don't remember them doing that back then. There was the time the nurse walked me into the wall though as she was leading me around after I broke my nose from a bad hop during a softball game.

She was cute, and it was worth a lot of extra attention so I can live with a little extra pain for that.

question....

what is the buzzing noise in the rear end of my car? I notice it when the car is on and I'm standing behind it, I notice it a little bit when I'm in the drivers seat, and today I rode in the back (dad wanted to show it off for his friend lol) and it was so loud it was annoying. my dads friend said it might be the fuel pump? why is it so loud? it makes that noise when I'm parked AND when I'm driving.

also... my security light comes on sometimes. while I'm driving it'll be on for a few minutes, off for a few minutes, on for a few minutes, etc. the owner told me something about taking out the security chip for the ignition... would that have anything to do with it?

could it have been disabled or something? the guy said he did something to it so he wouldn't have to pay $40 for the special keys.

Goin bad? Dave, hearing a fuel pump dosent mean going bad. Hell, it could have an aftermarket in it.
