here is one of the setups

gm 383 4 bolt main.
fastburn aluminum heads with 1.5 rockers
tpis zz-409 cam
tpis miniramIII
30lb injectors
700-r4
2800 stall
3.23 rear
Hmm...I didn't think the car was this heavily modified. I thought you were gonna be talking cold air intakes and catbacks. Either way, I'll take a guess just for the hell of it. I'd say that setup would be close to 430~440hp @ the crank...360~370hp @ the wheels. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm off though.

355HP
360TQ

At the wheels. Power peak at 5700 maybe? You said somewhere else that the heads were worked also. Only you know how much. There could be 20-60hp in a correctly placed head massage.

Honestly I dont trust any numbers I've seen floating around. GM claimed 270-285 cfm at .500-.700 lifts a while back and now someone said SDPC shows a 230'ish CFM at .500 which is what a Vortec head flows roughly with it's 40cc smaller port...So... Fastburn heads are basically a GM developed ALum head with 210/78cc ports, 2.02/1.60 valves, a fastburn chamber with a better spark plug location, and so called "perfect ports". They really should make good power.

the compression is only 9.7.1 right now...the rod length is standard and i'm not sure on the timing right now. regardless i need to find someone who knows a thing or two as tpis really screwed up on some parts unfortunately.
