There's also Walsh Motor Sports in Wixom. I've never dealt with them personally, but they've done a turbo setup on an L99 Camaro:

I just had one of the employees of Lingenfelter Performance Engineering also recommend Walsh Motorsports. I'll probably call them once I get the engine back into my car.

Hi everyone,
I am looking into getting my car dyno-tuned and checked out the following places.
Walsh Motorsports
Motor City Speed
War Room Dyno
The only place that i can find to do the 96-97 OBD II computers is Motor city Speed.
Does anyone else have any recommendations, or is Motor city speed real good with LTX cars?
Thanks, and sorry to hi-jack

You can also check out Vector Motorsports - Steve there does a great job with tuning LT1 cars. He does street tuning on the side or he can do the dyno tunes at Vector.
