Hard to say , my guess would probably be low 12s to high 11s just a guess though. depends on allot of things. Theres only one real way to find out though go run it down the track! T

Well with 50 more hp and 100 more torque in a 2001 SS auto with e.t streets Car went 11.73@ 115mph! I would say on street tires with a decent 60' 12.3-12.5@117-119mph and with e.t. streets and a good launch 11.9-12.1@ 112-114mph

HP is only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to drag racing, my car went 10.80 @ 125 mph and it chassis dynoed at about 420 rwhp a few years back. Just to many variables to say for sure. Dynos are only tuning tools. Steve quinn went 9.71 at 138 and his motor only dynoed at about 470 RWHP.

Well, I will let you guys know. I hope to get to the track in two weeks and see what it can do. Do you guys plan on going anytime soon? Becoming part of the 11 sec club is my goal. The car only has a small 2800 converter. I plan on getting a 3600-3800 converter. Any clue on how much my Tq numbers would jump going to a 1000rpm larger converter?

Damm, can't wait to see what it has in it. I just pray it doesn't fall on its face.

Thanks for your input.

Bill

Assuming its a full weight car and dynoed on a dynojet, I say

you 60' around a 1.7 and run 12.10 @ 114.

thats my guess. I hope im wrong and you run 11's though!

I agree, 114-116 sounds good.

Get some gears with that converter too! Damn sweet street car tho.

With gears converter and slicks you should definately be in the 11's. I wish you luck in getting 11's now. Either way low 12's or 11's your going to have fun so just enjoy the scenary as it flies by at the 1/4.

My car had ~320 rwhp and with 28" ET drags it ran a 1.79 60' and 12.48@111.56 (3700lbs). So with a good launch you should easily be in the 11's.
