What does keeping it at the top do?? If you didnt get your sh*t, then get with the authorites! this sh*t on here is getting old, And he gave it to me the other night its on my bike. Now i can see when to shift!

 

If Eric wants to be a scumbag piece of crap and steal from people I see no problem with keeping this at the top. Maybe embarrasment will help this guy get the parts he has already paid for. Then again, how can a piece of crap be embarrased. Obviously pieces of crap hand together in the dingle berry patch...

 

yeah, I dont see a problem with keepin it at the top either while he's getting it handled. I hope you have gone to the authorities by now if he hasnt made any effort to handle this. Ive bought some things from him in the past, thought he was an ok fella, but I live not too far from him and I picked the stuff up in person. at the very least he wont want to come on here if this thread is around. and, maybe he nver gets on the pc lately, and when it comes back to check it out, he'll see it and maybe do something about it then.
rnuover, whats the status of this? has he contacted you at all? have you been able to contact him?

 

I've tried to contact him countless times with every piece of info that I've found on the net and lots of help from members on this board. I've found out that he has moved and should still be living with mommy. I know that he works in a CB shop in Dearborn Heights and my next set is to find out which one he works at and blast dial that number until he either talks to me of his boos gets made that he calls the cops on me (thus finding Eric, cuz he's going to have to be in on the complaint against me)...yer I'm an ******* to people that fawk me over. I've tried really hard to find his moms number but the most current one I had was disconnected and the Telephone opeartor has no current listing on either Eric or his Mother (Margaret). I still leave daily messages on his cell phone and chase him on AIM (of which surprise surprise no response). Eric should be dragged out in the street and shot for the good of everyone else. This ******* is out there and knows that I'm after him (and well I've found 3 other people that have been ripped off by him and the total amount of money he's stolen is getting up near $800). I've filed forms with ebay and with the FBI.
Again I'd like to thatnk lost of you guys on here that have given me info to help me, little or small it's gotten me closer to finding him.

nope, I agree with mike on this one. I think its really inapropriate since you act. know eric. I know what its like to have this exact thing happen, and it sucks. but to have someone else on the boards pushing your buttons like this in the midst of it all is really bad.

Does that really matter? The money was sent and the product wasn't. I've had this happen to me before and I feel for him. It sucks.

 

And if this is the case, then why didn't Eric just send him his $ back in the first place?
