Are you talking about the old style PS2 that all the terrorists were after because of the extensive uses the internal chip could be used for? Didn't they take them all off the market for that reason and the Patriot Act forced them to redesign which is why the new style came out? I could be off but I remember reading about this last fall in the newspaper. If your fixing them then I have to ask what is so special about the chip? I didn't understand why the chip was unique obviously.

 

lol.. that's not why they came out with the new one but that's one of the better stories i've heard.

i'm looking for one because i can get a new smaller one for $60 plus trade whether it's broken or otherwise. normally $120 new i figure someone with a broken one collecting dust can make a few bucks and i can save a few bucks.
