Dirt cheap old laptops for sale.......
These can all be used for tuning, and anything better than a PI can be used for surfing with wireless internet if you get a card. Some of the batterys are weak in the old ones. All have serial ports that can be used for tuning, router config, etc.
Dell PI, excellent condition, Win95, CD rom, modem and network card for cable modem, $60
Compaq PI, decent shape, Win 98, modem and network card for cable modem, $50
IBM PII, excellent shape, small and light, Windows XP, virus protection, cd, usb, etc, $125
Toshiba PIII, Windows XP, USB, good battery, etc etc $200
