sounds good to me, but I'll have to wait till the michigan wolverines schedule comes out. you always seem to pick the same day as a big game. lol.

yeah, I know. but the problem is the last two years I had tickets to the game that was being played that day in ann arbor. and its not exactly just down the road from midmichigan ya know. actually, this year, was penn state I think and I didnt go cause that was our anniversary actually. instead, I traded my game tickets to my mom for the INDIANA game. the wife was goin to let me go to the track in the mourning, but I figured Id be safer to not go. you know how that is. "sure, you can go if you want to". which really means "I'll bring it up constantly till next year if you go"

notice, the day picked. the only HOME rivalry/big game of the year. sheesh. such is the story of my life I guess.
who knows, maybe we wont get tickets to that game. we'll just have to wait and see.

 

hey jason, will this be a mourning race again? if so, what time did the racing actually start this year? maybe I'll get lucky and M11 will be early, and the game will be an afternoon game. that'd be sweet.

 

Racing for 2005 started around 10:00 AM (as scheduled), which was about as early as it could have been, given that everyone has to get registered and then we have a driver's meeting before the racing starts.

M11 on the same day as the UofM vs. MSU game? Sweet -- more runs for me!

 

Yes, it will start in the morning. Time TBD. Probably 10am.

 

Yeah, I know...I hear something like this every year. No matter what day I pick, it will land on the same day as something else. Next year, help me research an exact day when all 300 people showing up have nothing to do.

 

I don't know, that game is one event that might have a significant effect on who shows up at M11.
