Dave Diluca (SLED28) has passed away
Many probably already know this since he was well known around these parts, but just in case it was overlooked.
It is with a heavy heart that I write this post. On June 9, 2008 Dave Diluca aka Sled28 passed on from this life to next. He had a difficult illness that he was unable to conquer. For those of you that didn't know Dave he at one time (and for a long time) was the worlds fastest Lt1 at 9.11. Later he was lead assembler at ARE and recently had gone out on his own and opened his own successful shop Canadian performance. I will miss Dave as will many others. He was 37 years old. My deepest sympathies go out to his wife Sue and rest of his family and friends. God rest his Soul.

Dave was a good guy. I'm sure if you do a search of his screen name you'll see some spirited conversations back in 2001-2002 when everyone was trying to be the first LT1 in the 8's. Dave was right at the threshold of that and his car was a bad machine. He will be missed.
