Yup, you usually have to bleed 'em twice when you go all new. The little air bubbles in the lines and cylinders vibrate loose from whatever they're stuck to as you drive, and then you can bleed them again.

I kinda figured, they really felt soft. At least my engine pulls enough vaccuum to make the power brakes work, I'm very suprised by that.
