My wife and I are moving so we need to sell our condo here in Okemos. (East Lansing area for people not familiar with the area.)

We have lived here for over 6 years now with no problems of any type (theft, noise, etc.) There are a few families that live around here, with younger professionals making up most of the population at the condo. None of the stuff with kids leaving toys around or garbage whatsoever. Would be perfect for a responsible student and/or a roomate. Nicest unit in the entire condo association. Needs nothing.
Has washer/dryer as well.
