how about a 90 cavalier. w/rusted out doors, extr. leaky windshield, and a leaky head gasket that will I'll fix soon. everything works though, even the a/c.

I think in spring we should hold a beaters only drag race. to see who's beater is the fastest.

Hey all this talk of the 86 econoline van brings back memories of my 77 dodge conversion van.. You want to talk shagg! When I got it there was full plush on the dash. People would climb aboard and take there shoes off and put the up on my dash. It was alright in the snow, but if you got it stuck.... pack up and start walking.. There was no pushing that pig.

My current beater, which I am down to 34 more easy payments is a 98 dakota sport 4 x 4. Got to go in style , its better then my summer car

Exclamation

WELL... of course it's the same thing I tow the Redbird with...
'02 Silverado Z71, now with a homemade getto bed cover .

Rich folk like Randy Bell can afford custom made bed covers, I gotta make mine out of scraps of wood! You'll all see it next year, tell me how "GETTO" it looks to you!

I need a real winter car, I use the 95 Caprice for winter but it has too much torque for the snow, and its still in showroom condition.

81 VW Rabbit. Cost $50 and needed exhaust, but that was in 1998. The replacement exhaust rusted out, so now it has "Pete's Custom Exhaust." (Who needs a catalytic converter, anyway? ) Heater works, but fan only works on high speed. Wipers go slowly, windshield washer squirter system does not work. Radio does not work. Gas tank leaks when more than half-full. No power anything except brakes. Windshield leaks. Headliner held up with rusting thumb tacks. Clutch works well enough to spin the tires on dry pavement. Needs new front tires. I can't remember what all I've replaced and repaired, except for the lower control arm that rusted in two. So basically, it rocks!

I'm still driving my 89 GMC Suburban. over 250,000 miles, and the only thing I've replaced on it was the fuel pump and the trans, and the only problem with th old one was a bad govenor. Now I have a 700R4 with a Transgo stage 2 shift kit
Has heat (fan only works on high), wipers work, actually everything this tank came with from the factory still works, even the A/C. Has rust, but not a ton. Wish it was 4 wheel drive.
