Body shops in SE MI

Anyone know of any good body shops in SE MI. I got a decent sized scratch/dent on the rear quarter panel of my car and I want to get it done for as little $ as possible without getting a s*** job done on it. Any recommendatons?

good paint is expensive but it doesn't have to break the wallet. try those two places and if they don't work out for you let me know....i've got someone that might be able to help you.

how bad is the scratch? is it down to metal? how long is it? how bad are the dents....any pictures?

The scratch isn't down to the metal but the metal is creased. Its pretty long, maybe a foot and a half. I don't mind it being there but if I can get it fixed for a good price I will.

I got mine done in Dequndre between 14-15 mile road. Action Collision is the name, IIRC. Did an incredible job. Simply top-notch.

What did you have done and how much did it cost? Everyone keeps telling me the whole quarter panel needs to be repainted and half of the passenger side door needs to be blended so the paint matches. That's why it's so expensive.

Cost me a little over $500. They got the paint right, the metal shape right, and they even simulated factory spot welds to match the other side, which I thought was a nice touch and very unexpected.

They were very meticulous. If I ever need paint work done, I am going back there.

Wow...that is 1.3 miles from my house. I am pretty loyal to the shop I mentioned above, but it never hurts to look around.

Shoreline collision on Jefferson just south of South River road. Ask for Bob(586) 469-0031. He did my front/rear bumper covers, passenger door and quarter. You can check out his work on my car if you like. A couple of shops wanted to replace the quarter. I am very picky and I was very satisfied.

Same here, he just did a 'quikie' job on my Z and I have no complaints
